Shipping:
Place your order and relax. Shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (UPS ground or common carrier) is FREE of charge. No additional shipping costs are charged. None. We can not ship to P.O. Box locations. Sorry, we are unable to ship to international locations at this time.
Returns:
To expedite your return and issue proper credit for returned merchandise, an RGA number must be obtained prior to the return of your order. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return for a refund, less 15% restocking fee, any lighting fixture that has not been used or altered, is in its original box, and is in resalable condition.
Returns not authorized:
Large orders (orders containing 10 or more of a single item or an order totaling greater than $2500.00) shall not be authorized for return. Please place a sample order first. Parts and shades unless as a result of an incorrect shipment. Items not purchased from Lightinglampstore.com. Clearance items are sold as is, and are not subject to return except as damaged or defective merchandise.
Defective/Damaged Goods:
We take extra precautions to make sure your order arrives safe and sound. However; in the event your order should become damaged in shipment or arrives defective in anyway, it will be replaced or repaired at our discretion at no extra cost to you. Be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving delivery and please keep all packing boxes and material.
Sales Tax:
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to Kentucky. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other states.
Prices and Specifications:
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do not have to honor any error, discrepancy or type error, misspelling, or omission located on our website. We do our best to create pictures that correctly depict the items; however, due to the reproduction process, colors/finish shown on our website may vary slightly to the actual finish you receive. Customer will be charged the same day of the ordering. All sales are final. No returns accepted on non-defective items thirty calendar days from date of purchase.
Order/Cancellation:
We will honor and attempt to cancel any unshipped order as long as the item was not manufactured specifically for you. Any orders cancelled, not accepted, undeliverable by our carrier or returned after shipment are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Guarantee:
Products are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from the date of invoice against any manufacturing defects. Defective items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. The wattage listed on all fixtures is suggested and is subject to change without notice in accordance with UL and CUL specifications.
Outdoor Lighting Guarantee:
Outdoor fixtures are unconditionally guaranteed for one year from the date of invoice with the exception of fixtures in Polished Brass. We will not be responsible for oxidation and/or discoloration of polished brass outdoor fixtures. All cast aluminum outdoor fixtures have a powder coated finish.
Privacy Policy:
We will not compromise your personal privacy. We do not sell, give or rent the names and addresses of our customers to any third parties. We may occasionally send out e-mails to your return e-mail address to announce special events or sales. Addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not sold or shared with third parties.
